Acceptance of terms

Services

Weaver Web Services provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to website design and development, Google Business Profile management, Facebook Marketplace listing management, local SEO, fractional CMO consulting, and related hosting, security, and maintenance services. Specific services, deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in a separate agreement or proposal between us and the client.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Weaver Web Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Client-owned materials provided to us remain the property of the client. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client are generally transferred to the client as set out in the applicable agreement.

User responsibilities

You agree to use our Site and services lawfully and not to interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to access areas or systems without authorization. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback needed to complete projects.

Payment and fees

Fees for services are described in the applicable proposal or invoice. Payment terms, including setup fees, recurring management fees, and any additional charges, are agreed upon before work begins. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weaver Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weaver Web Services and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or materials you provide to us.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
